The brief was to completely remove an existing conservatory at the rear of the property. A rear single-storey extension was added to replace a conservatory in which a kitchen and entertainment space was added. At the same time the existing loft space was converted into an additional bedroom.
This new room has a feature brick wall and a skylight, a ribbon-flame fireplace and concertina doors opening out full width to the rear garden, creating a bright and modern space.
